AlgoSpecial provides software development services ("Services") including but not limited to the creation of automated trading bots (Expert Advisors), custom indicators, and scripts for platforms such as MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), cTrader, and TradingView. We act strictly as software developers translating your specific requirements into code.

2. Risk Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TRADING INVOVLES SIGNIFICANT RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS.

2.1 No Financial Advice: We are not financial advisors, brokers, or investment managers. The software we create is based entirely on the logic, rules, and strategies provided by YOU, the client. We do not vouch for the profitability of any strategy.

2.2 Software Only: Our responsibility is limited to ensuring the code functions according to the logic you provided. We are NOT responsible for any financial losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our software, including but not limited to:

  • Market volatility or slippage.
  • Broker execution errors or server downtime.
  • Bugs or logic errors in the strategy provided by the client.
  • Internet connectivity issues or power failures.

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRADING DECISIONS AND RESULTS. WE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PROFIT OR LOSS INCURRED.

3. No Guarantees

Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. We make no representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed or backtested.

4. Refunds & Revisions

Due to the nature of digital goods and custom software development, refunds are generally not provided once the work has commenced or been delivered. We offer a revision period where we will fix any bugs where the software does not match the agreed-upon logic. Changes to the logic itself may incur additional fees.
